Do you travel?
Yes, typically within a 2-hour radius of the home office; travel expenses are in addition to the initial package price.

Why are the prices for each package not listed on the website?
Prices are not listed because each couple’s day is unique and until a complimentary consultation occurs where the couple can discuss their wedding day vision and their needs, a final price can’t be given.

Will Jaclyn always be the lead planner and on-site the day of my wedding if I reserve my date with Dream Creations?
No, there are times when multiple weddings are reserved for the same date. When that happens, Jaclyn will assign a lead and an assistant to each wedding. Jaclyn is still part of the entire planning process, will create your wedding day timeline, have all pre-wedding meetings with you, etc. The assigned lead will also join at the venue visit and for the final meeting that way you have an opportunity to get to know her before your wedding weekend.

Will you set up all tables and chairs needed for the ceremony and the reception?
Yes and no, so set up and tear down is an additional service option that you can add on to any package. If you would like our team to handle the set up of ceremony chairs, reception tables and chairs, and placing linens on the tables – you can add this to your package and a price for this service will be given to you. Our team will let you know the date/time that we will be there to complete the set up based around your specific wedding details.

Are you able to provide vendor recommendations?
Absolutely! We have an extensive list of vendors that we recommend, based on working with them at past events, and knowing they provide excellent customer service and communication. We are always adding new vendors to our list, as we continue to plan and coordinate weddings.

Do you offer a “day of” coordination package in which you only work with the Dream Creations team the day of the wedding?
No! The Dream Creations team prides itself on being very hands on and involved in the planning process leading up to the wedding weekend. In order to execute your wedding day smoothly and efficiently, there are multiple meetings we have with our couples prior to. We are also available to answer any and all questions prior to our couple’s special day.

Are the packages customizable?
The coordination package can’t be customized, as it includes all the details that a couple will need for the planning process and the wedding weekend. The Partial Planning + Coordination package can be upgraded, where we can add on additional services that may be needed. You do have the option to add additional services, for example, complete set up services, to any package.
